  • The drop-in fee for the day is only $10.
  • Kindly bring your own Gi if you have one.
  • In order to attend specific classes, please follow our schedule.
  • Kindly be respectful and express gratitude to one another in the class.
  • Maintain the decorum of the gym and communicate with one another in a proper manner. This will help us create a positive environment that will eventually lift you up.
  • As you know, hygiene is essential to stay healthy, so please keep your hands and fingernails short for the safety of others.
  • All students are required/requested to keep their uniform clean and be dressed appropriately.
  • Please remove or leave all expensive items such as jewelry, necklaces, or metal objects at home.
  • Students are not allowed to wear shoes on the mats, and food and drinks are not permitted on the mats for cleanliness purposes.
  • Cell phones and mobiles are not allowed in the class as they can be major distractions.
  • If you are unwell or suffering from a cold or fever, please take proper rest at home as directed by your doctor. It can also prevent the spread of infection to others.
  • If you have ringworm, please refrain from participating in training as it can be harmful to you.
  • Be kind and respectful to all. Your well-behaved nature will be appreciated by everyone, and please never disrespect anyone inside or outside of the class.
  • All females must dress appropriately with a T-shirt, rash guard, bike shorts or yoga pants. No sports bras, tank tops, or boy shorts are allowed while on the mats.
