Our Kids Gi BJJ classes teach practical self-defense, bully awareness, and teamwork through BJJ. They build confidence, improve fitness, and develop strong martial arts fundamentals in a safe and structured environment. We emphasize respect, responsibility, and working toward goals. While we encourage kids to compete, our main focus is helping every student grow on the mats and in everyday life.

NO-GI BJJ
Our Kids No-Gi BJJ classes give children a fun and structured way to build confidence, athleticism, and real grappling skills. Without the traditional gi, students focus on movement, control, takedowns, positioning, and body awareness in a fast-paced and engaging environment. Classes are designed to help kids stay active while learning practical self-defense and strong fundamentals in a supportive atmosphere.

MMA
Our Kids MMA classes give children a fun, energetic, and structured way to build confidence, discipline, coordination, and fitness. Students learn age-appropriate striking, movement, and grappling skills in a safe and supportive environment while improving focus, balance, and body control. Beyond the physical benefits, our Kids MMA program helps children develop respect, self-control, teamwork, and perseverance.

WRESTLING
Our Kids Wrestling classes help children build strength, confidence, coordination, and mental toughness in a fun, safe, and structured environment. Students learn fundamental wrestling skills such as stance, movement, takedowns, control, and body awareness while staying active and engaged. In addition to the physical benefits, our wrestling program teaches discipline, focus, perseverance, and teamwork.
